There will be 253 homes available with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplex apartments along with 4 bedroom townhouses with direct access from the Union canal.

Homes will be ready to rent at the end of 2024.  No launch date has been set but please register your interest to be kept informed.

No all our homes will be available to rent, there will be no homes available for sale.

No help to buy will not be available as homes are for rent rather than for sale.

There are no affordable homes available but a limited number of mid market rent apartments will be available.

Mid market rent are homes for rent to households on low to middle incomes. Rent for mid market homes are generally set lower than private rent but higher than the Council or housing association rent.  Mid market rent is generally for working people / households who don’t qualify or are not a priority for social rented accommodation but cannot afford to buy their own property or rent on the open market. Each landlord will have their own eligibility criteria.

Rents will vary depending on the type of apartment and area.  These will be set closer to the release date to ensure they are competitive.

All apartments will be rented fully furnished.  Furniture and soft furnishings will be selected to compliment the interior specification.    

The majority of homes will have access to a private balcony or terrace.  All homes have the use of the beautifully landscaped gated communal courtyards.

Yes there will be secure basement parking available within the development for bikes, cars and motorbikes with a limited number of electric charging spaces.
